About Fiinq
Software for nail salons in the UK
Fiinq is one app for the things a nail salon does every day: the diary, online booking, clients, reminders and takings. The software is free to use, and Fiinq takes no commission on the bookings you make. A paid plan is for taking card payments through Fiinq.
What Fiinq does
Online booking
Your own booking page, live in any browser, with a printable poster carrying your QR code. You choose how far ahead clients can book, from 14 to 180 days.
Your clients
The client list builds itself from bookings and walk-ins. Notes, allergy and medical notes, and messages by SMS or email to one client or a group.
Money
Cash, bank transfer and card recorded side by side, and every transaction can be exported to CSV. On a paid plan, card payments go through Stripe into your own account, at Stripe's fee with nothing added.
Reminders
Automatic reminders 24 hours before each appointment: by email for free, and by text at 6.25p a text, paid from a balance you top up.
Vietnamese and English
Fiinq works in both languages. Each staff member sets their own, so the whole team can use it comfortably.
